Term and Conditions
We understand that there are occasions in which you may change your mind.
However, all of our products are customised and made to order, and this means that there is usually a two to three-week completion time. As such, please call not more than forty-eight hours after you have completed your order. Customers will not be able to change or cancel an order once it has entered production.
We require you to check your product upon delivery to ensure your items have been delivered safely in transit. All faults must be reported upon delivery. In case of any fault or damage in transit, The Alpha Signature Delivery Team will replace it completely free of charge.
In the rare event that an item arrives faulty damaged, please notify us upon delivery. You may be asked to provide a photograph before arrangements are made to repair or replace item. Repairs and replacements are made at no charge to the customer and will be conducted at our earliest possible convenience.

Following your initial contact, we will discuss the fault and agree a resolution. Please note that we cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed. For further information please view the guarantee section (located to the left).

If returning via the Post Office, we strongly recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage. We only accept responsibility for your parcel once it has been received and items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Only after receiving the product at our warehouse will your refund be initiated.
If the item is too large to return using the Post Office or Parcel Force Services, then please contact the Office and arrangements will be made for the collection of the item(s) via our delivery team.
How long will it take to you to process my refund?
As soon as the product has been returned safely at our warehouse, we will initiate process and expect to complete the same within two working days. Regarding orders placed via our website, refunds will be actioned directly to your account and will notify you via confirmation e-mail upon completion. (Note: it may take up to 5 working days for this to show back in your account so please be patient). If your original payment was made by cash, cheque or debit/credit card, then a refund will be made either by cheque or BACS payment.
